Excellent Service from Agnesia Brock - Rain

I have a rain subscription, however I noticed that I've been billed more that usual. I've been trying to resolve the situation to no avail, then I just left it as due to being frustrated. On Monday 7 April I eventually received a call from a lady by the name of Agnesia Brock from Rain. The service that I received from her was excellent. For the first time, someone listened and understood what my issue was. She effortlessly resolved my issue and went beyond her call of duty to make sure that my issue was resolved.
