Excellent service from Abhishek

Abhishek Hipparagi changed my mind about Rain.Initial setup was awful. The call centre agents kept dropping the calls. After my 5th call I reached Abhishek. Well thank goodness. He was patient and competent and sorted my issues out even though the call took nearly 30 minutes!! Well done
