Excellent service

I would really like to compliment Waren Lopes from Rain customer support on the amazing customer service that I received from him. I initially had no luck getting assistance with my service outage, however, he really came through and kept me updated on the progress, which I absolutely appreciate. He was friendly and humble in all our conversations. Rain - he is a keeper!

It would be great if he could get the recognition he deserves.
