Excellent Service

I was having billing issues with Rain and I was on the verge of canceling with them when a gentleman called Abdul from the Facebook platform, contacted me and he was not professional but he managed to find a solution for me as well as call back to check that all was well. First time ever experiencing such service from Rain. Abdul is definitely a keeper and he can train the other agents on what customer service is all about.
