Excellent service

I would like to thank the agent that had called me back regarding the bad experience I had with rain. When she had called me on Friday she had wanted me to reorder and had promised me that this time there will be communication and I must say she did a very good job 🙌🏻. I honestly had forgotten her name as I wasn’t even sure if the process would speed up so quick . I received my order today hoping for the best going forward.
