Excellent RAIN support

I recently had an issue with service interruption on my RAIN connection and Kreesan Govender (rain CeC), came to my rescue, as always. He's an amazing support person, always helpful and friendly, and very professional. He made sure that I was online in a short amount of time and checked up afterwards to find out if my connection was still stable.
