We ordered Rain 5G and received our router within 3 business days, no problem.

Over the last three weeks we've had a great experience. Our download speed is always above 100mbps and mostly around 200mbps. We did struggle with our upload speed at the beginning (around 10mbps), but Rain quickly responded to our query and assisted in improving it.

We have had rain products in the past and their customer services has drastically improved over the past year.
