Excellent ISP

I don't know why everyone is complaining about RAIN, I've had nothing but excellent service from them. I only use the R250 pm unlimited off peak package, which suites me great, and nowhere in this country will you find a better deal than that. I've had RAIN now for almost a year and during that time I didn't have connection twice due to their technical issues. Both times I was without connecting for about an hour, and both times RAIN apologized by giving free unlimited data the hole of the next day. Once the debit order didn't through due to mistake on my side, my service was cut off, I then payed using the "pay now" option on my dashboard, and literally one minute after payment went through they connected me again. Speedwise I can't complain either, I've tested it against my telkom sim and the speeds are basically the same. I use the RAIN sim in a router at home, with 6 devices connected every day. The kids watch YouTube and play Xbox online and I download stuff and constantly get speeds of 72mbs(or that's the speed the router indicates connection are at) Anyway, I have never had any problems with rain, the few times I phoned customer care I was helped friendly and efficiently. And no... I don't work for RAIN... lol
