I would like to commend Luyanda Thubani if I'm not mistaken from Rain, I had network issues and he is the only person that actually helped me. He definitely knows the value of his customers, he's patience,honesty and efficiency is the reason why I eventually revoked my subscription from Rain. If it wasn't for him,I would have definitely cancelled my subscription with Rain without a doubt. Keep up the good work my brother,you definitely have customer etiquette. You definitely deserve a reward or promotion, I'm impressed by how you managed to keep calm when I was really fuming.
