Excellent Customer Service Nafeesah Haywood

Today I just want to give Nafeesah Haywood 100 gold stars for all her effort, and following instructions simple instructions! After I was given wrong information from the start, even the manager Gershwin didn't know what he was doing but nevertheless. I am more then happy and pleasantly surprised that the router is functioning well too. I wish Nafeesah Haywood can always assist me, because it seems like she is the ONLY ONE at Rain call centre that knows what she is doing. Thank you Nafeesah Haywood for all your help!
