Excellent customer service from Mpumelelo Ngcobo

This review is for Mpumelelo Ngcobo and not Rain as an ISP. Mpumelelo provided excellent customer service and made sure to follow up on his promises in activating my Sim and getting my package. That is exemplary customer service and he is the only reason I'm willing to give Rain a chance because I have been frustrated with them and on the brink of canceling my service with them.
