Excellent CEC operative held it together

I have really battled with Rain especially trying to communicate with them during this lock down. I must commend Desmond Mathebula who has remained committed to getting my query resolved. He stayed in constant communication via email and the moment they were allowed to make calls he called me, understood my problem presented a solution and followed through till it was resolved. Without him I would have ditched Rain already
