Excellent at Installation, Very Poor Service After First Payment

When this internet service was installed, everything worked perfectly. The connection was fast and stable, and I was very happy at first.

However, shortly after the first instalment/payment was made, the service quality dropped drastically. My current speeds are extremely poor (less than 1 Mbps download), making normal use very difficult. Streaming, downloads, and even basic online tasks are frustrating or impossible at times.

What concerns me most is that the service was excellent initially, but deteriorated soon after payment, which feels misleading. I am paying for a service that I am simply not receiving.

I expect reliable internet as promised, not a drastic downgrade after installation. I would appreciate this issue being investigated urgently and the service restored to the level originally provided — or a fair resolution offered.

At this stage, I cannot recommend this service unless this problem is resolved.
