Every week connection problems

If I could give Rain a -0 I would do it in a heartbeat, Rain is the has the most *********** call centre agents of all, spoke to 2 of them in the last hour non of them were able to assist me it’s either you can’t understand them due to they accent or they just keep quit and just cut the call. I haven’t had connection since 10am this morning up until now and no one can assist this ask rain nonsense it’s the same as this *********** agents and every month or every week we always loose connections and have to buy airtime to call them with no help every damn week. Today I couldn’t get even do my work and do my schoolwork as the connection went off this morning. I’m really getting since and tired of Rain every month we must write reviews about they service and connection problems always but we are expecting to pay for the service which is always problematic always
