Every Month on 25th same ****

My bill now is 2455. 00 with Mongezi Goodman's bill added again to my account i do not know qhat sim card he is using now cause Rain canceled his sim card from me and everything was good for 2months after i complain...

I was told and got a prove that rain said they will reimbur*****t my acvount cause of the misunderstanding of Mongezi Goodman's bill and my bill cause i couldn't my bill cause he couldn't pay his bill so that was the reason i was double charged for June and March i was made to pay Mongezi Goodman's bill i was forced to cancel his 5g Sim and Huawie route 2 months back now the same bill comes bag to me pls rectify this cause i bill goes through on the 15th ma apologies not 01st of every month i cant be own that 1976.00 cause that amount was rectify by your account department and was instructed to pay my 476. 00 monthy payment my account was reimbursed by Rain....

The 5g was not for me and not used by me October i paid 479 and when i pay on the 15th as agreed I will only pay 479.00 that is the amount am suppose to pay pls what ever the amount that was taken out of my account was double the amount that was initially agreed i did not use the 5g Mongezi Goodman did my 4g was switched off for that 3 months i could not use so am not prepared to pay for something i did not use pls rectify this issue ASAP and can i get a call to discuss the problem i juat got for this long time i have being using Rain...

I will have to seek legal opinion on tjis metter you can force me to pay sometjing i did not use and i informed your company in time and did not resolve my problem now you want to force me for such exorbitant amount of a aim that was blocked and had no data on in i reversed the 2 months cause you wanted to force me to pay for someone else when i wrote and email and tried to call with no help...
