Every month disconnecting the network weeks before my payday even after i updated my account!!!!!

I am furious with Rain services and this is the second month that this occurred. I am a single Mom with two kids that have school projects due and because of the incompetence of rain network and not updating my pay date two months ago and last month requesting a random fee over the standard R529 I had to pay R800 plus some change that i had to pay on the 26th because my network was disconnected my payday I moved to the 1st of every month soon as it's the 26th my network gets disconnected therefore you can take yourls piece of **** modem and continue to keep it disconnected I will be leaving a review on Hello Peter so that other clients don't make the same mistake.
