Every month different thing with these people
Here I am again. Ordered rain one package which never worked at all. In October I paid R1049 but rain one didn't work. Nov I paid R599 and now today I got cut off for R 604. When I go to my invoices it shows the credit done in December so please explain why I had to make a payment today if my account was credited. I was not supposed to make a payment this month as told due to my account being in credit because of the R1049 paid. It should have only been the difference of standard 5G...
