Eventually - David Tsoke to the rescue
It took more than 2 weeks for my numerous queries to be responded to. But eventually DAVID TSOKE contacted me today and was extremely helpful!! He assisted in managing and finding the best speed, renaming the device and changing passwords. He was extremely patient and helpful. Thank you David!! Rain should appoint more consultants like you!
