Even worse than useless

Why do I even bother with you *****s? At least every HOUR THE DAMN CONNECTION DROPS EVERY DAMN DAY!!! What kind of **** service is this? I call your helpline and it rings twice then drops the call. I send an email to support and get nothing back. Just a bunch of ************ at that place. I think you guys should just close up shop now before you're actually forced to. I get a message telling me we have a free upgrade for the next 3 months and instead of my connection being quicker, it's slower than before and with more interruptions. You guys are *******.
