Even the follow up has no delivery

Still disappointing service from Rain. Mosa rep**** on the 26th December that a consultant will contact me to finalize an order I placed on the 11th December 2020. On the 30th a consultant named Merchelene called and made it seems like my address is wrong etc - shifting the blame tactic and I called her out on it. She said I must just give it 3 days and I'll get my 5g and today it's the 6th Jan 2021...still nothing. This is a sign that I shouldn't touch Rain at all. Dear Rain, kindly refund my R999.00
