Escalations, escalations, escalations!!!!

We bought a rain wifi system and since we received it they were unable or unwilling to assist us in getting it working. Every time we phone we get another reference for the call. References: *** / ***. When we phoned again the lady was extremely rude and when I wanted to speak to a manager all the managers were conveniently in a meeting. When we also asked her for a reference for the third escalation, she refused to provide same. Apparently the only way they can get hold of their network department is by email and surprisingly they did not reply to any of the escalations. We do not want to make use of your services anymore, not like we ever got any service. Please refund me and collect your equipment.
