Escalation
Customer service is so useless,I have been disconnected, and **** to. Rain is just ******** customers. After an upgrade, I was told I will not have to pay The following month since I had paid in advance. I paid on the 26 of July and received the package on the 6 of August and. I was told I had an outstanding balance ****, rain can ruin your life, frustrate you, and leave you hanging. I need this resolved immediately. I need no stories. I taking this all over the media I will not be ****** by rain it's enough already. I need this escalated to the CEO

So now it's clear that rain has it's own issues to deal with.and customer's matters not.
Well it's fine I will just have to spend my money wisely and look for another network provider as there's too much crimes circulating in southern Africa .
I don't wish to address anymore issues or complains about my experience with rain.
I will remain silent.
What an experience with rain customer service.
I will never abuse my money as did with rain.
Well it's a goodbye from me. I thought the adverts were true.
