This is a up to **** rain company there staff and managers is even making this worst, i bought a home wifi router the 101 router with the 2x 4g sim, and still today i am not connect, and it is SINS 13 February 2024, i recived a swap out and got the router 5g huawei router, with the 5g sim card but still doesnt want to work, al they say is they are excalyting this problem almost a month now and still 'nothing on 26 February 2024 i phoned and spoke to a manager to asist me he said hê will help me personaly but still today i didnt recived a phone call from the advance departement or the manager, and rain recived a payment from me on march 2024, but still no connection i am going to take further action this people are ****ers
