I would never recommend Rain to anyone, unfortunately in the area where i stay they're the only network that has signal. Ever since I signed up for their services it been problem after problem if they're not over billing me,they're cutting off my Internet access while my account is fully paid.
The whole day I don't have Internet access and their customer service is not willing to help yet I paid for wifi on the 25th of January... I don't know why they decided to cut my Internet access.
I so wish this area had coverage for other network providers because Rain is nonsense, they're just ****mers. If you want peace in life, never get Wifi from Rain

01 Feb 2026, 18:48You won't be in touch i know, since this morning 3 tickets were logged and non of them was ever attended. I don't have Internet access, I had to buy data while I pay R650 for WiFi. Your service is horrible, that's all I know about Rain
