ERICA and no further

On Friday I tried to RICA my sim card that I got. I'm at the last stage and just need to do the live facial recognition. It just says please wait . It's Monday and I thought maybe it's because it only works office hours.

I can't get help via the support channel as it's not working. I also tried to via laptop and someone else's plsmart phone - nothing worked.

I don't know how to rate this service because of Covid. I understand that the number I called couldnt connect me to someone because of social distancing.

Help will be appreciated.
