Eorst ISP in South Africa

Nearly 10 times I tried to call them and asked for a call request and nothing. When they finally called back( on my wifes number), they put me through to an indian person that can barely speak English. Are we in South Africa or somewhere else? I try to cancel my order without success. So at the end they took my money and I have no delivery on the device. They can't refund me and they cannot deliver. What a waste of company.
