Enough is enough

Absolutely pathetic! Especially since we have to deal with some muppet in India! Had all sorts of reasons including a faulty simcard as to why my internet disconnects and reconnects at the same time for 6+ hours the last 2 days. I guess the faulty sim is on a timer! They are very quick to disconnect your service within a hour if payment does not happen the very moment they want it but we have to put up with the nonsense of sitting without communication for extended periods! Plenty of people in South Africa without work and yet it gets outsourced to completely *********** people in India
