ENDLESS WIFI ISSUES!

I am having endless issues for weeks now. I have phoned numerous times, every time I am advise that the matter will be escalated and a technician will phone me back, and no one ever does! I get the same excuses every time, you are busy with maintance. I am paying R500 a month for endless headaches. I have brought the unit to work with me today and it is working fine, so which means my house is the issue. I have moved it all around, had it by all my windows, unplugged and hard reset numerous times and I have been struggling to connect anything! If for some miracle it does work, it does not allow me to have more than one device connected. If watching a half an hour show, takes up to 2 hours and a simple hour and half movie takes 3 hours with the buffering. I am really really frustrated and on the point to go somewhere else. This needs to be resolved today! If I go home and I cannot watch TV for the 3rd night in a row you can come and fetch the device.
