EMPTY PROMISES TO CREDIT DAYS LOST.

There was a complaint I lodged earlier this month about Rain which was down, everytime they are down, they first give us a story that they copy and paste or automatically respond with which confirms that they don't even read the email properly. My internet was down for more than 2 weeks and I lost income due to this as well. They claimed in one of my emails that they will credit me each day I am offline, well, that was a lie or an empty promise as the date to pay come and they charge me the full price with no credits.

rain South Africa -------------------- I lost income and due to this I am willing to accept the whole month for free otherwise I will have to lodge an official complaint with ICASA and get my lawyer to sue Rain for loss of income.
