Empty promises to contact me after previous review

I posted a review on Monday 20 June 2022. Rain rep**** saying that they would fix the issue, Now it is Friday, not a single email from them, no correspondence or attempt to contact me. This is regarding Rain Ticket Number #*** which had 13 attempts on to contact them not to mention the previous ticket.
