Empty Promises - Pathetic services at it best.....phew!

Pathetic Services ever!!! What a bunch of losers!!..........I have never in my life received such a bad customer service. This company really needs an innovative minds to improve their services. Support team will always give you the same response but nothing will be done am not saying all employees are not doing their work however there is a really a need for this company to back to the drawing board. Where are critical thinkers of this company? Wake up! the ship is sinking. Two weeks been complaining about activation of Sim card. There are some good people who go an extra mile trying to assist but somewhere the chain breaks. where is leadership in this company?
