Empty Promises, No Connection With Rain

I got a router and 2 SIM cards from Rain. During the second month of using the SIM cards, I had no internet connection at all. I called Rain and was told the issue was fixed, but nothing changed. When I called again, I was told that allocation takes place 24–72 hours after payment. I paid on the 26th, and by the 30th, I still had no service. One representative even tried to tell me that you only get data once-off, which makes no sense since I’m paying every month.

This has been very unprofessional and *************. I expected consistent service, but instead I got empty promises, delays, and misleading information.
