Empty promises and incompetency from Rain mobile

It has been almost a week since I wrote my review about rain and they promised to get back to me "soon". The "soon" has still not happened and I am still waiting for my money to be paid back into my account. It really is becoming frustrating as that money is more of a need than a want to me at this point. Yet again, hopeful that this review will get me my R625 back.

But now you deducted from the wrong account, there is no arrangement or agreement between myself and you to deduct from that account. The R625 was deducted on the 1st of August 2025. How is it that you gained access to an account that I didn't give you access to in the first place?

Last week I was requested to send through my card information, which I did, now that the payment has to be made I am sent from pillar to post. This is frustrating, honestly.

I have already sent that through. Please check on my previous review and take card details from there. Why should I send the expiry date, by law, I am not meant to share that with anyone unless if I am buying online, otherwise, it is not a prerequisite for a refund. You should just be asking for my account number, actually.
