Empty promises

No delivery after 5 days of back and forth I paid and ordered on monday 04/01/2025 and a courier company phoned me to say they will deliver but they haven't received my package from rain , after numerous calls logged and begging i am still waiting 12/01/2025 with another call logged today and no delivery scheduled #*** order number for reference I am very disappointed in rain for waiting this long and agents that keep telling me no my package was send i should call the courier only for the courier to tell me my package was not received
