Empty promises.

Caution: Avoid RAIN I strongly advise against using RAIN. They have repeatedly taken double and unauthorised payments outside of the agreed debit order date. My debit order is set for the 1st of each month, yet they also debit again on the 14th.

Even after admitting they took the extra payment, they refuse to issue a refund. Instead, they send a message that the next debit order will still go off on the 1st. Every day it’s the same empty promise that “they will look into it,” but nothing gets resolved.

To date, they have taken another R825 without refunding me. Leila was supposed to call me back, but that too never happened—only excuses.

⚠️ This is highly unprofessional and ********* service. I cannot recommend RAIN to anyone.
