Empty promises!!!

We signed up with rain and I was so full of hope that we will get a good service from them, just do be utterly disappointed. They promised delivery within 3 to 5 working days. So far so good. Made an appointment to deliver today. Mu husband waited to take delivery, but had to leave for work. Guy pitched, provided him with the necessary proof that was required from us. He then advised me that only my husband can take delivery. I advised him he can wait for my husband on his way back. He then advised me that all we must do is phone him when my husband is back and he will immediately come back. I asked him more than once if he is sure and every time he said definitely. When my husband then phoned him he said OK. Never pitched and thereafter he did not answer his phone. Phone his office and they advised they have to reschedule for Tuesday!!! Why can we not get a good service now a days from service providers. Must we just except it. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I am not sure if I want to remain with them after this bad experience.
