Empty promises
Since this morning when they asked what tune would suit me for them to get in contact woth me im still waiting and its been from last week Wednesday with the faulty router ,swap out of the router and received the new one on Monday that i still cant use it!!
I am really sick and tiered of the useless assistance that never happens they dont reply to my emails but yet they are speedy to reply on here....
Is there any leagal steps that i could take ?? Because i really feel that they are waisting my time (and i hope it won't be stared out again) and being ****MED !!
