Empty promises
Bianca called me regarding my issue after my Hello Peter complaint and promised to call me back the same day.
Well, it’s been 5 days and I am still waiting for her to call me back.

13 Jan 2025, 11:39I requested for the agent to go through the calls I made and to see if I did not request for a SIM swap and I was promised an investigation in December already to which she said she won’t do.
Rain does not need me as a client and I am not happy with their service and rude consultants.
