Emergency

Poor service you guys don’t help I’ve been calling for a week now I actually have an emergency, Rain sucks the only lady that has ever helped me was Lesedi or something I can’t remember her name, I wish she would call me. I lost a SIM card in Finland with the number registered with my rain, I really need the old number back I’ve been calling and wasting airtime they don’t pick up and I’ve been emailing them and telling them I can’t take their call if they call through the registered number because I lost the SIM card with that number, no one is helping me and I really have an emergency to attend to with that number, I’m actually sad but I don’t think I want to continue using it, atleast they should hep me 💔they lie and say I’ll put you to the next department and next thing you know ure on the call for 30 minutes without being attended. What should I do 💔💔
