******* who ***** your money and cause your account to go into arrears by debit g a card I have already removed from their system. Customer service is NO help whatsoever and act as if their job is to prove you wrong

In fact I found the support agent to be extremely rude and dismissive. I have contacted your company every month since signing up in February because of SOME issue. You guys are unprofessional. What do you want from me, why are you contacting me?
