Cancelled my wifi. Now I am still being charged and internet was disconnected. Also showing my next payment is due end of next month. These people are *******. First you pay to have Internet every other day as there are always issues with the network. Now I have to pay for an account that was already canceled

01 Mar 2026, 15:12No service works as post paid. And you need to contact me to get your router as I will not be paying because Rain doesn't pick up their products. Nice way to try and **** people. Forced to pay if you don't return the router, but no one has contacted me for arrangements and I am not driving all the way to JHB to drop it off. Besides everything else, you cancelled my service on the 28th before 10 pm! I will open a case against rain of they keep charging me for services I don't have anymore. And you better remove my banking details

Forced to pay if you don't return the router, but no one has contacted me for arrangements and I am not driving all the way to JHB to drop it off.
