I recently terminated my Rain services, only to find unauthorized charges on my account thereafter. Despite canceling and returning the equipment , my payment details are still retained on your platform without my consent, and the option to remove them is non-existent. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and legal standards. I urge Rain to refund the unauthorized charges promptly and provide a means to remove my payment details from their system. Failure to address this matter adequately will compel me to seek further action to rectify this situation.
