****ed up accounts after service!! Payment due in 4 days but they cut off my internet 4days in advance!!

My Rain account is due in the next 4 days,on the first of every month and every month they feel its fair ro switch off my internet account 3-4days in advance, why!!??? The service has been pathetic to say the least, I cant go through the same problem every month with an ISP thats after service is so useless and people on the other side of the call being disrespectful, not being client orientated, can never assist when one calls in, forces you to oay early instead of your agreed and signed payment date, agreed eft payment date on the 1st of every month! Get my **** switched on immediately, you cant just to whatever you please to do!!
