****ed off 😤 wifi incident

I'm so ****ed at this service..I made an enquiry for a 5G router they said I have coverage in my area only to find out when I got the router I am to far from the 5G Tower I've send it back an almost 2 months later I never received a Refund of my R699..Numerous calls I've made an it's just at logistics never at payment I've spoken to a few Managers an Supervisors but the service is poor for a huge business such as Rain...I'm ****ed off coz we a few people dependent on the wifi so we short in our Salaries..I'm still waiting on this Stupid People...
