****ed off RAIN customer

I can't keep complaining about the same people getting between me and how I need to do my work. I was relaxed yesterday because I thought it's just a technical problem but still today the network isn't working. I haven't done nothing today and the sad part is that 2 of my colleagues aren't complaining because theirs are active? What is it that I did wrong????
Sort this out as soon as possible...

I’m disappointed that on day 3 I still can’t use the service that was active and disconnected without a reason! I received setting from one of Rain agents which didn’t help with anything!

I’m disgusted with this nonsense of rain now!!! They are super pathetic with their stinking service. We can’t even get them on the phone but they don’t have the decency to call the clients back! It’s the 4th day without a working sim that just stopped and everyone around me with the same rain packages are working. If they can’t give me their service then why don’t they give me my money back and take their service and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine...I’m really angry with their nonsense! All they do is send an email just once and don’t reply to what you’re telling them!!!
