****ed off Rain client

I’m super fed up with Rain, I bought a sim and it took more than a week and when it was delivered it started working and it just stopped after one week of service. I’ve been trying through their support but they’re not helping me with anything. The last thing I was asked to do is to run a Rain network test and was told the matter will be escalated to the right department but until today I’m still without service. I even asked if I could buy a new sim then they can register it on the same plan but they only reply once in a day and don’t help at all!!!! I can’t do my work, so basically I paid for nothing!!!
