I do not know how to express myself anymore when it comes to my experience with rain. I've been fighting with Rain for the past 4 months. They keep on charging me for extra speed that I did not request for. I have been calling them several times. My monthly payment is R559,now they are charging me R959.00 monthly, which is R400 extra for the 100 speed.
This is not my first time complaining about Rain on this platform. I do not want they service anymore, I am very frustrated and ****ed off 😡
