I fail to understand your failure to ensure that you deliver 100% customer service while you are so quick to run into my bank account and debit every single damn month without having any issues. You have debited me twice for the month of May and I have never ever missed payments and when you have to refund me, you told me about 7 days max. today is now the 10TH DAY! am I suppose to be chasing you for *****?
