****ed off at Rain

I have a problem with rain, I've activated my sim card Monday and couldn't continue with the Rica because my ID is at home and I'm in another province, and I'll go home once public transport is available. This is a hidden setting if I knew the whole process I wasn't going to pay the R479. Until I have my ID. I can't even go back to the Rica window it takes me straight to the account. I've been trying to contact them no Response
