Please note am really not happy. My debit order date is for 1st of every month and yet once again I have no internet and advise me why was the debit order put though before the debit date and i want to know who is going to pay for the return debit order fees

26 Oct 2023, 20:04But this an on going problem. Every month now. And please explain why do you put a debit order before its date yet when i selected a date. So what is the purpose of selecting a date when rain feels it can do as it pleases. Which is causing unnecessary problems in my bank account.
